A customer from Inekhusko, Russia, took a 10-hour flight with multiple transfers to visit our factory and inspect the equipment they had previously ordered from our company.Our foreign trade staff warmly received the customer. The customer had ordered equipment including a pipe bending machine, a round pipe flattening machine, and a component manufacturing machine.After arriving at the factory, our technicians patiently explained and demonstrated the operation process of the equipment to the customer, and also set the language of the equipment control system to Russian.The customer was satisfied with the equipment’s delivery time, operation process, and the quality of the finished products.After the equipment inspection was completed, the customer showed great interest in exploring the cultural landmarks of Cangzhou and tasting the local specialty cuisine.
