A custom-made corner bead cold bending forming machine for a Colombian client has been completed. This machine consists of a punch press, a corner bead cold bending forming unit, and a pump station shearing unit. The corner bead products produced by this machine can be used for wall corners, furniture corners, etc. The processed metal strip thickness is between 0.5mm and 1.5mm, and the produced profiles have two equal sides and 90° right angles.
Due to the numerous and dense holes in the profiles produced by the corner bead cold bending forming machine, a punch press is used for punching. A 25T punch press with an electric drive clutch is sufficient to meet the punching requirements.
The cold bending forming machine uses a wheel-type support structure on the middle plate. The shearing device is powered by a hydraulic pump station, ensuring that the shearing process does not produce burrs or curled profiles.
This corner bead cold bending forming machine is powered by a 15KW electric motor and a 5KW shearing pump station. The machine's processing speed is controlled by a frequency converter, ensuring smooth speed adjustment. The electrical control system uses a touch screen, requiring only one operator. The control system of this corner protector cold bending forming machine supports multiple languages, eliminating language barriers to operation.
