Main Working Principle

Raw galvanized steel strip or aluminum coil is uncoiled and fed into the forming line via servo motor control. Multiple groups of precision forming rollers gradually bend flat metal sheet into standard L-type, triangular folded bracket profiles. The built-in hydraulic punching station pre-mounts long slotted holes and fixing bolt holes synchronously during forming. After shaping, the hydraulic cutting unit cuts finished brackets to custom lengths automatically without secondary processing. The whole production process is controlled by PLC touch screen, realizing unmanned continuous running.
