This fully automatic Solar Mounting Bracket Roll Forming Machine is a specialized continuous cold roll forming equipment independently developed for manufacturing photovoltaic solar support rails. Integrating uncoiling, feeding, multi-station punching, continuous roll forming, straightening, hydraulic cutting and PLC automatic control into one complete production line, it can process galvanized steel, carbon steel and aluminum strips into standard U-type solar panel support profiles with customizable punching holes, perfectly matching the mass production demands of photovoltaic power station bracket

  1. Integrated Punching & Forming Function Equipped with pre-punching stations before the forming section, the machine supports custom punching designs: oval long holes, serrated interlock holes, mounting holes and other hole shapes & sizes per client drawings. Punching and forming run synchronously without secondary processing, greatly cutting secondary labor costs.
  2. High Precision Forming System The roll forming station adopts high-strength alloy steel forming rollers with CNC precision machining. Multiple groups of red forming stands and heavy-duty reduction gearboxes ensure stable, non-deforming profile molding. The finished solar bracket features uniform wall thickness, smooth surface and consistent dimensional tolerance, eliminating bending and twisting defects.
  3. Heavy-Duty & Durable Transmission Structure Full sets of solid transmission shafts and universal joint drive connections deliver stable power output. Independent vertical hydraulic cutting frame with high-speed hydraulic shearing cuts profiles to any customized fixed length with flat burr-free cut ends, no material waste.
  4. Intelligent PLC Automatic Control Adopts well-known brand PLC touch screen control system. Operators can set production speed, cutting length, punching quantity and batch production parameters directly on the screen. The machine automatically counts finished products, with automatic alarm functions for material shortage, overload and failure, realizing unmanned continuous running.
  5. Wide Material & Profile Compatibility Supports raw material thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 3.0mm galvanized steel strip. Adjustable forming rollers can produce multiple specifications of solar mounting brackets without replacing the whole mold set, covering rooftop solar brackets, ground photovoltaic station support rails and energy storage support components.
