Our GUANGCHI highway guardrail curving bending machine is a dedicated metal forming equipment specially designed for bending W-beam, two-wave and three-wave highway guardrails into arched, curved shapes to match mountainous roads, overpasses, curved highway sections and tunnel entrances. This fully hydraulic mechanical bending unit integrates PLC automatic control, adjustable forming rollers and heavy-duty rigid frame, realizing one-time stable cold bending of galvanized steel guardrail sheets without damaging the anti-corrosion zinc coating. 5. Working Principle

Place flat finished W guardrail semi-finished product on the feeding inlet of the curving machine, input target bending radius data via the PLC control cabinet. The drive system pushes the steel guardrail forward at a constant speed, and multi-layer upper & lower forming rollers exert uniform vertical pressure to carry out continuous cold extrusion bending. The guardrail will form a smooth fixed arc after passing all roller groups, and finished curved guardrail is output from the machine tail directly for subsequent cutting, punching and installation processes.

6. Technical Parameter Custom Reminder

Standard machine adapts to 310mm width two-wave highway guardrail, processing thickness 2.0–4.0mm; three-wave guardrail widened roller model is optional. Our technical team can adjust the roller spacing, pressing stroke and motor power according to your local guardrail material thickness and curve design standards.
