This heavy-duty 8200mm hydraulic press brake is specially designed for bending thin metal sheets up to 2mm thick. Equipped with 6 synchronous hydraulic cylinders, reinforced welded frame and deep throat design, it delivers uniform bending angle along the full working length, ideal for ventilation ducts, billboards, steel structure panels, container side plates and other extra-long metal workpieces. The whole machine adopts thick steel plate welding and CNC milling finishing for all core beams, featuring stable structure, long service life and consistent bending precision.
Frame Welding Structure
- Side vertical plates: 20mm thick solid steel plate
- Upper sliding beam

- Process: Integral welding then CNC milling finish to guarantee flatness and vertical accuracy
