Working Principle

The raw round tube is fixed in the positioning mold, the hydraulic system pushes the forming cylinder to apply uniform axial extrusion force on the tube end. Under the constraint of the alloy mold cavity, the tube metal produces plastic flow to complete outer diameter shrinkage forming. The finished tube has a smooth stepped reducing section, which can be directly inserted into another pipe for assembly welding, eliminating secondary turning and polishing procedures.
