The resulting output serves a dual purpose: it functions as the locking channel for securing plastic film within a greenhouse structure, while simultaneously acting as the primary structural support keel. This integrated cold roll forming system is equipped with a comprehensive suite of components, including an uncoiler/feeding unit, the cold roll forming mill itself, and a cutting mechanism. The cutting unit utilizes an abrasive wheel cutting method, which offers high operational speed; however, alternative cutting methods can be implemented to meet specific client requirements. This integrated machine offers the unique capability of producing two distinct products using a single unit, characterized by rapid production speeds, zero material waste, a compact footprint, and robust adaptability to various operating environments. Furthermore, the machine fully complies with European Union (EU) CE certification standards.
