The cable trays manufactured by this machine can be used for cable laying in buildings and factories. It can produce U-shaped and C-shaped cable trays. The machine can produce trays with widths ranging from 100mm to 1000mm, and other widths and shapes can be designed according to customer needs and site conditions. The accompanying punching machine can punch drainage holes, heat dissipation holes, bolt securing holes, etc., in the cable trays. The punching speed is high, allowing the punching speed to be synchronized with the cold bending forming machine's speed. The automatic feeding machine is fully electrically driven and has a load capacity of 10 tons. The cable tray cold bending forming machine uses a double-sided separate forming system, allowing for the processing of symmetrical or asymmetrical shapes as needed. It can process thicknesses between 0.8mm and 3mm and has a production speed of 20m/min. The machine uses dual motors with a power of 40KW. It is fully automated and requires only two operators.
