- Dual Independent Uncoiling Reels Two sets of expandable mandrels with four-claw tensioning structure. Manual/hydraulic expansion tightly locks GI, PPGI, galvanized, carbon steel coils to prevent strip slipping during feeding. While one reel runs for material releasing, workers load new steel coils on the other side without line shutdown.
- Heavy-Duty Integral Base Frame Thickened welded blue steel base with triangular reinforcing brackets, strong anti-vibration performance, stable operation under full coil load, suitable for long-term 24-hour factory continuous work.
- Rotary Main Body Design The middle supporting stand can rotate horizontally to switch working reels quickly, simple operation, saves coil change time by over 60% compared with single-head decoilers.
