Core Machine Structure & Advantages

1. Forming Roller System Adopts high-quality 45# steel rollers with quenching treatment, multi-group tandem forming stations to gradually bend metal strips into standard arc great wall profiles. Roller surface is polished and hard chromium plated, anti-wear, long service life, effectively avoid scratching the coating of color steel raw materials. Each forming stand is equipped with adjustable screw to fine-tune profile radian and flatness, compatible with different thickness metal sheets from 0.3mm to 0.8mm.
2. Hydraulic Cutting Unit Equipped with vertical hydraulic cutting cylinder as shown in the picture, fixed-length automatic cutting controlled by PLC system. No burr cutting, neat panel end face, cutting speed synchronized with forming speed, no material waste. Hydraulic station with stable pressure, low noise, durable sealing parts, long-term stable continuous operation.
3. PLC Automatic Control Cabinet Independent electrical control box with full set of Siemens/Delta PLC, touch screen operation interface. Operators only need to set target panel length, production quantity, running speed on screen, the machine runs automatically with counting, auto-stop after finishing batch production. Supports speed adjustment from 8m/min to 18m/min to meet different output demands.
4. Drive & Power System Main drive adopts high-power frequency conversion motor + reducer, stable transmission, low energy consumption. Separate auxiliary motor for hydraulic cutting system, independent power distribution, overload protection, emergency stop button for safe operation. The whole machine frame is welded by thick rectangular steel tube, anti-vibration, not easy to deform after long time high-speed production.
