3.1 Working Principle

Flat metal strip coil is unwound, leveled and fed into the forming host. Groups of precision alloy rollers gradually bend the steel sheet into the specified box beam cross-section shape step by step. After full profile shaping, the hydraulic cutting unit automatically cuts finished box beams to preset lengths according to digital signals from the PLC control cabinet, realizing unmanned continuous production from raw coil to finished profiles.
