A highway guardrail repair machine customized for an Indonesian client has been manufactured and successfully commissioned. This machine is one of our company's flagship products; we have over ten years of experience designing and manufacturing highway guardrail machines and have earned the recognition of many clients.This highway guardrail repair machine is specifically designed to repair two-wave highway guardrails. It can repair damaged or irregularly shaped guardrails into regular two-wave shapes for reuse. The machine is compact, using a 22KW electric motor and a reducer to provide strong torque, capable of repairing guardrails up to 4mm thick. It employs a metal chain drive, with the rollers supported by a middle plate, resulting in low machine cost.This highway guardrail repair machine uses chain drive on the outside of the middle plate and transmission gears on the roller bearings on the inside of the middle plate. This dual chain and gear drive system generates twice the torque of ordinary machines. This dual drive method minimizes torque loss and ensures that the motor's power is fully transmitted to the rollers, reducing the number of forming rows, decreasing the machine's size, and lowering production costs. It can produce U-shaped and C-shaped cable trays. The machine can produce trays with widths ranging from 100mm to 1000mm, and other widths and shapes can be designed according to customer needs and site conditions. The automatic feeding machine is fully electrically driven and has a load capacity of 10 tons. Z-shaped purlin cold bending forming machine
This Z-type purlin cold bending forming machine is used to produce pallets for warehouse shelving and can be used in conjunction with products produced by the shelving upright cold bending forming machine. This Z-type purlin cold bending forming machine is customized according to customer requirements and designed by our company's design team. The rollers of this Z-type purlin cold bending forming machine are made of Cr12 material, which has higher hardness and wear resistance. It has an uncoiling feeding device and uses a hydraulic pump station for shearing. The Z-type purlin cold bending forming machine is fully automatic and requires only two operators. It meets EU CE certification standards.
